Local-first storage - Your fasting records, journal entries, and bookmarks are stored on your device
Minimal data collection - We only collect what's necessary for the app to function

Information We Collect

1. Location Data

What: Your precise location (latitude and longitude)

Why: Calculate accurate prayer times for your location, show Qibla (direction to Mecca) compass, display relevant ads based on region

How it's used: Location is processed to calculate prayer times. Not stored on our servers. Not linked to your identity. Shared with Google AdMob for regional ad serving.

Your control: You can deny location permission and manually enter your city instead.

2. Device Identifiers

What: Anonymous device identifier

Why: Manage your subscription status (RevenueCat), serve advertisements (Google AdMob), prevent fraud in purchases

How it's used: Not linked to your personal identity. Not used for cross-app tracking.

3. Purchase Information

What: Subscription status and purchase history

Why: Unlock premium features you've purchased, restore purchases on new devices, remove ads for premium subscribers

How it's used: Processed by RevenueCat (our subscription provider). Used solely for subscription management. Not shared with advertisers.

4. Advertising Data

What: Ad interaction data (views, clicks)

Why: Display relevant non-personalized advertisements, support free access to the app

How it's used: Processed by Google AdMob. We use non-personalized ads only. Not used for cross-app tracking.

The following data never leaves your device:

Fasting records and calendar
Daily journal entries and reflections
Quran bookmarks and reading progress
Charity tracking records
App settings and preferences
Dua favorites

Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app can be used by children under parental supervision as it does not require account creation or collection of personal information.

Your Rights and Choices

Location: Deny location permission in device settings. Manually enter your city for prayer times.
Advertising: Upgrade to Premium to remove all ads. We only show non-personalized ads.
Data Deletion: Uninstall the app to delete all local data. No server-side data to delete (we don't store your data).
Restore Purchases: Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to recover premium status on new devices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
